From March to June 2023, the Dora trial team tested the fertilizer synergistic effect of Dora alginate oligosaccharide on corn. The team used soil seedling and root irrigation methods, and planted corn to the final maturity stage. After harvesting, the yield was measured and the final fertilizer efficiency results were obtained.
How To Use Dora Arouse Alginate Oligosaccharide In This Trial?
The experiment was conducted at the Agricultural Science Park in Changshu, Jiangsu. Sowing was carried out on March 13, and the seedlings were transplanted on April 3, with a spacing of 30 cm between plants. Fertilizer can be applied when the plants grow to 3-4 true leaves. The experiment set up three processing methods:
Control group: full application of urea and compound fertilizer;
Treatment group 1: Compared with the control group, the amount of fertilizer was reduced by 30%, and 0.01% Dora Arouse was added.
Treatment group 2: Reduce the amount of fertilizer by 30% and add 0.1% Dora Alginate Oligosaccharide to the fertilizer solution.
The experiment took photos to record the yield differences between different treatments, which were ultimately reflected in yield indicators such as single panicle yield, 100-grain weight, fresh panicle peeling rate, grain moisture content, theoretical yield, and actual yield.
Alginate Oligosaccharide Trial Results
Compared with the control, 0.01% to 0.1% Dora Alginate Oligosaccharide treatment reduced the amount of chemical fertilizers by 30%, but the yield and quality of corn were not affected.
At the same time, the application of Dora Arouse also helps to improve corn ear quality and yield.
For those who like fresh corn, the 0.01% treatment increases the moisture content of the corn, giving it a richer taste.
The recommended dosage of Dora Alginate Oligosaccharide is 0.01% to 0.1% in fertilizer. Adding 0.1% can increase 100-grain weight, fresh ear shelling rate and total yield. Adding 0.01% can increase the moisture content of grains and improve the taste.
