The trial is in Changshu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, 5 groups were setted.
Group A：Control(CK),
Group B: IBA(10 ppm),
Group C: NAA(20ppm),
Group D: Arouse(5ppm),
Group E: Arouse (30ppm);
At last, 10ppm IBA solution, 20ppm NAA solution, 5ppm and 30ppm alginate oligosaccharide solution can all promote the growth of the lettuce above-ground part to a certain extent.
In terms of rooting, 5ppm alginate oligosaccharide and 20ppm NAA solution have significant root-promoting effects, resulting in a significant increase in lettuce root length.
As an alginate oligosaccharide derived from natural seaweed, it only needs 5ppm to achieve a rooting effect comparable to 20ppm NAA. Its effect of promoting germination is also very good, with higher cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.
